These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of stampit.store (the "Service"), a platform that lets you generate custom designs with AI and order them printed on merchandise. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
STAMP is operated by an independent merchant ("we", "us"). You can reach us through the contact form. To deliver the Service we work with carefully selected third-party providers covering AI generation, manufacturing & fulfilment, payment processing, hosting, and analytics. The specific providers may change over time as we improve the platform; details of the categories of data each handles are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account.
You may use STAMP to design and order products for personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, suspend accounts, and remove content that violates these Terms.
You retain ownership of the prompt or input you provide. AI-generated outputs created from your prompt are licensed to you for personal and commercial use, subject to the limits in Section 3. We do not claim ownership of the artwork you generate, but we may store it in connection with your order.
The STAMP brand, logo, code, mockup templates and product photography belong to us. You may not copy or repurpose them outside the Service.
If your design infringes someone else's IP and a rightsholder issues a takedown or claim, we may cancel the order, withhold refunds, and ban the account. You indemnify us against any third-party claim that arises from your design.
AI generations are paid for with credits. Credits are bought in packs through Lemon Squeezy. Once delivered, credits are non-transferable and generally non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits do not expire today, but we reserve the right to set expiry rules in the future with advance notice.
Physical product prices are shown at checkout in USD (or the local currency Lemon Squeezy resolves) and include the cost of materials, manufacturing, and shipping. Taxes and customs duties may be added at checkout or on delivery depending on your location.
Orders are produced and dispatched by Gelato from the production facility nearest to your shipping address. Production typically takes 2–5 business days; shipping then takes 3–14 business days depending on destination. Estimated dates shown at checkout are best-effort, not guarantees.
Custom-printed products are made to order, so we cannot accept returns for buyer's-remorse reasons. We do replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. See our Refund Policy for the full procedure and time limits.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, including credit packs, pricing, supported products and AI models. We may terminate accounts that abuse the Service. If we terminate your account for cause, unused credits and outstanding refunds may be forfeited.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may contain artefacts, unintended content, or unexpected interpretations of your prompt — we do not guarantee any specific result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Turkey. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of mandatory protections under your local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
